He has also led the UK account management team of US owned Data Brokerage Company, InfoGroup, catering for over 2.2 million businesses around Great Britain and the Republic of Northern Ireland.
He has a BA in Communication Arts and an MSc in Internet Computing.

Sola has extensive experience in Human Resources Consultancy. She has conducted different seminars and workshops in several organisations. She is a licensed evaluator and assessor and has facilitated management training sessions and conferences in places such as: Human Dimensionz Associate, Luton, UK. She is a holder of M.A. Human Resource and Knowledge Management from Lancaster University, UK.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Efosa’s core speciality is in customer service, with several years’ practical experience with MTN, Virgin Nigeria and the British Council.
She has been certified by Quality Service Institute in Minnesota, USA and has facilitated customer service and performance management trainings for Virgin Nigeria and many hospitality oufits.
Jeanine Bowen, Facilitator
In a professional career spanning over seventeen years, South African born Jeanine Bowen has accumulated a unique background and extensive experience in the fields of contact centre operations and technologies, training and skills development.
Leveraging her practical experience and her passion for teaching and training, Jeanine has written training manuals on Call Centre Agent, Call Centre Supervisor, Call Centre Management, Call Centre Performance Management, Call Centre Leadership and Quality Assurance.
In addition to having high-level qualifications and skills in emergency services, Jeanine has gained considerable experience in other fields, namely; Customer Services, Contact Centre Operations and Technology, Administration and Secretarial, Client Liaison, Telesales and Business Development.
She has also lectured Call Centre Agents and Management Courses at a major South African college. She facilitates workshops on Time Management, Stress Management, Statistics, Customer Service, Telesales and Credit Control.
Pauline Ekwueme, Facilitator
Pauline Ekwueme has up to thirteen years work experience. She has been in the forefront of customer service with an expertise in Contact Centre Management and Customer Care.
Her experience covers areas such as Telemarketing, Inbound, Outbound, Blended Call Centre, Quality Assurance Management, Training and Development, Leadership and Customer Service.She is a graduate of political science from Delta state university Abraka andalso holds a certification in Quality Management (ISO 9001-2000-Quality Management Systems) from Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON).
She has pioneered several projects including setting up new Call Centre’s for clients and managing the entire work flow.She is a Trainer /facilitator and has participated in various trainings and seminars across the country.She is also an Auditor and Consultant in the area of Contact Centre setup,Efficiency,Quality Service delivery.Her work experiences include stints in Phillips Consulting, Airtel Nigeria, Customer Contact Solutions Nigeria Limited /U-Connect and Jumia Nigeria; where she was the head of customer service.
